Getting out and about

As Christmas approaches and we get caught up in all the hustle and bustle don’t forget to put a little time aside for yourself.

What better way to celebrate the holidays, get yourself out and about and share some time with old and new friends than by going for a walk or a ramble?

Exercise and gut health

Of course there is the added benefit that exercise can help improve your digestive health. Personal trainer Sophie Christy, says whatever the time of year you should think about your VEST!

V = Vary your exercise

E = Everyday routines can include exercise

S = Step to it and check your exercise rates with a pedometer

T = Thirty minutes, five times a week.
