In these uncertain times, exercise is a wonderful way to improve your mental and physical health. It’s known to boost your mood and energy levels and exercise can also provide routine and structure to your day.

Ideas and inspiration

There are lots of creative and easy ways you can get active throughout June without any equipment or leaving your home – for example follow a fitness video, have a walk around the garden or take even part in PE with Joe Wicks!

When you sign up you will become part of our Step up for 30 Team. You will receive expert tips on staying active from professional athletes, hear ways to maximise your fundraising, be invited to an online group to share your progress, and get lots of encouragement!
